INCLUDES COOKIE INFORMATION

The 13 Studio is an independent design studio based in Warsaw. This page explains what personal information we collect when you use the13.studio, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal data in line with GDPR and Polish data protection law.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write in your message.

We don't collect sensitive information, political or religious views, ethnicity, sexual orientation, health data or anything comparable, and we never ask for it.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and if the conversation continues, to discuss and deliver the work.

Our legal basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us about our services and reasonably expect a response. We won't add you to a mailing list or use your details for anything else unless you separately ask us to.

Where it goes

Our website is hosted by Vercel and our email runs on Zenbox.pl. Your message sits in our inbox and on their servers, which may be located outside the European Economic Area.

Vercel's server logs record IP addresses as a normal part of serving the site. We use no other third party to process what you send us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months and then delete it.

If we end up working together, we keep project and financial records for as long as Polish tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, send you a copy, or object to us using it at all.

Email contact@the13.studio and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, at uodo.gov.pl.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies.

We use Plausible for analytics, which is cookieless: it stores no identifiers, does no cross-site tracking, and collects nothing that can be traced back to you as an individual. That is why there is no consent banner on this site.

If that ever changes, this page will change first.

Changes to this page

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of the page, and note anything material here.
